Yoga  Classes

At Lotus Dragon Yoga School & Healing Arts, we believe that yoga is much more than just physical exercise. We are passionate about helping our students tap into their inner power and spiritual connection with the world.

Our postural yoga classes are the gateway to inner yoga, allowing students to build a stronger, healthier physical body. The body is the temple in which we can transform our experiences in life, and we are dedicated to facilitating this transformation with our classes and workshops. Yoga with Lisa 

Yoga with Lisa offers a unique blend of embodied, gentle, deep and grounded practice. Through her classes, Lisa invites us to embody the teachings of yoga, to discover the power of our own breath and to move with awareness and intention. With Lisa's guidance, you will discover the power of yoga to create peace, balance, and joy in your life.

YOGA WITH ROWAN

Yoga with Rowan is a unique offering that combines Qigong and Yoga into a deeply somatic experience. Through this Spirit-led approach, Rowan facilitates a journey into your inner self, helping you to connect with your physical, mental and emotional states. This different approach to yoga will help you to build strength and flexibility as well as to develop a greater awareness of your body. Join Rowan on this journey of self-discovery and connection to Spirit, through variety of practices.
